Shell Ambassadors Join Tice Elementary for a Beach Walk

"We love our beaches"! The fourth graders from Tice Elementary had a very special field trip in May. They participated in the Museum's Adopt-a-Class Program followed by a beach walk sponsored by the #IslandInn. Some of our Shell Ambassadors were there to help the students find wonderful shells. Bunche Beach Preserve Cleanup 06.08.2017

Shell Ambassadors and Shell Museum staff got together for World Oceans Day to clean up Bunche Beach. The majority of trash found was single-use plastic and cigarette butts. It was a great morning and we look forward to more cleanups.
